Sean joined Ropes & Gray in 2018 as an associate in the firm’s asset management group. His practice focuses on private investment funds and their advisers. Sean assists private fund sponsors and management companies in connection with fundraising, structuring, governance, operations, compliance and regulatory-related matters. In addition, Sean regularly represents institutional investors in connection with their investments in various types of private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds and venture capital funds.
