Xavier Frank joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2019. During law school, Xavier externed at the United States Attorneys Office, District of Massachusetts and with the in-house counsel team at Eversource. He also served as a note editor of the American Journal of Law and Medicine and Vice President of the Black Law Students Association.
Prior to law school, Xavier was appointed by the Capitol of California to serve as a Judicial Administration Fellow at the California Courts of Appeal, Second Appellate District. Thereafter he worked as a state and federal legislative analyst for the Chief Executive Office of Los Angeles County.
