Amir Guedoir joined Ropes & Gray in 2021. He represents corporate clients in a broad range of matters, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and capital markets.
During law school, Amir held an executive position in Harvard Law’s Middle Eastern Law Students’ Association and was the captain of the Harvard Law club soccer team. He was also involved with his school’s International Human Rights Clinic, where his work focused on the Western Sahara conflict.
Prior to law school, Amir worked as a case manager for a personal injury law firm in Oakland, California.
