Chris Gelnaw is an associate in the firm’s private capital transactions group.
During law school, Chris served on the board of Boston College Law School’s Business Law Society. He also interned for both Lawyers for Civil Rights and T2 Biosystems (a publicly traded biotechnology research company).
Prior to law school, Chris worked as an analyst at an asset management firm, a senior associate in State Street Bank’s Private Equity Fund Services group, and as a management associate at a small venture capital firm.
