Elizabeth Getzoff joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2021 and practices primarily in the private capital transactions practice group. Elizabeth reviews and negotiates confidentiality agreements for clients primarily in buy-side transactions.
During law school, Elizabeth served as the chief production editor for the Suffolk Transnational Law Review.
