Samantha (Sam) Gagnon

Law Clerk

Sam Gagnon is a law clerk in the litigation and enforcement practice group. During law school, Sam represented children in immigration and family court matters with the Child Advocacy Clinic and interned with Magistrate Judge Debra Freeman in the Southern District of New York. She also served as symposium editor for the St. John’s University Law Review, vice president of the Women’s Law Society, and research assistant to Dean Michael Simons. Sam graduated law school with the National Association of Women Lawyers Award, the Public Service Award, and the St. Vincent de Paul Child Advocacy Clinic Award. Prior to law school, she worked at a small government affairs law firm in Minnesota.
