Amy Goebel

Amy Goebel, an attorney in the public finance group of the tax, employment and benefits department, first joined Ropes & Gray in 1997, focusing on municipal finance and private investment projects. Currently, Amy assists tax-exempt borrowers with private business use, arbitrage, and other Section 103 issues. She regularly counsels hospitals, universities, and other tax-exempt entities as bond counsel and borrower’s counsel. Amy also advises clients with respect to requirements to maintain 501(c)(3) status.
