Ben Galic

Ben Galic practices in the alternative asset opportunities group and advises private funds and institutional investors with respect to various transactions, with a focus on co-investments and secondary transactions.
Ben also maintains a strong pro bono practice assisting with LGBTQIA+ individuals’ name changes for federal and state documents, providing legal advice to low-income individuals through GLIDE’s Unconditional Legal Clinic, and assisting on asylum claims.
During law school, Ben served as a judicial extern for Honorable Tracie L. Brown at the First District Court of Appeal. Ben also interned with in-house legal teams, where he helped with corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. While at USF, Ben served as an articles editor for the USF Law Review and was a member of the USF Moot Court Program.
