Dillon Guthrie

Dillon is an associate in the corporate department, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and securities law matters.

Dillon previously served as an advisor on the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, where he focused on legislation, treaties and congressional oversight with respect to U.S. policy toward NATO and Europe.

Experience

  • Veritas Capital Management, L.L.C. in several engagements, including its acquisition of Verscend Technologies, Inc. for approximately $820 million.
  • TAL International Group, Inc. in its $8.7 billion merger with Triton Container International Limited to create Triton International Limited (NYSE: TRTN).
  • Pamplona Capital Management LLC, including in its purchase of Veritext Corporation and its investment in Lumos Networks Corp.
