Drew Gourley is a corporate associate in the alternative asset opportunities practice in Ropes & Gray’s Boston office. Drew joined Ropes & Gray after graduating Boston University School of Law in 2022. Prior to that, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2019.

During law school, Drew was a co-director of the school’s negotiation and client counseling competitions, coaching multiple teams to top 10 finishes in ABA national competitions. Additionally, he was a senior defender in the criminal law clinic as well as an intern at both the Legal Aid Foundation of California and Legal Aid of North Carolina, focusing on public benefits and family law.
