Emily Garrett

Emily Garrett joined the firm's the real estate investments and transactions practice group in 2021. Emily represents clients in a variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, repurchase facilities, and environmental management and compliance.

While at Northeastern, Emily served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Justice Kimberly Budd at the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Emily also interned for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, conducting policy research and assisting in state enforcement matters, and the Environmental Protection Agency, where she aided federal enforcement of the Clean Water Act and investigated potentially responsible parties under CERCLA. Throughout law school, Emily worked as a research and teaching assistant to Property Professor Rashmi Dyal-Chand.
