Eric Gruebel is an associate in the private client group at Ropes & Gray, where his practice focuses on sophisticated trust and estate planning for individuals and families. He has experience drafting wills and diverse trusts tailored to clients’ specific goals, and also assists clients with the legal review of domestic and international private investments.
Before joining Ropes & Gray, Eric was an associate in the tax group in the New York office of another global law firm, where he advised corporate clients in connection with private equity fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies and capital markets offerings.
