Myrto Gouti joined the private equity transactions group of Ropes & Gray in September 2015. She was previously with the London office of a major international law firm. Myrto advises a variety of clients on a wide range of corporate finance transactions with focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and IPOs.
