Jennifer (Jen) L. Garrett is a senior attorney in Ropes & Gray's real estate investments and transactions practice. Jen represents major financial institutions, private equity funds and real estate developers on both the lender and borrower sides of complex real estate and asset-backed financings in the U.S. and abroad. Jen's practice includes the origination and restructuring of repurchase facilities as well as portfolio and single asset mortgage and mezzanine balance sheet and securitized lending, syndications, participations, b-notes, asset pledges, CLO contributions, loan on loans, SFR financings and other structured real estate finance products.
