Kathryn A. Greis
Kathryn Greis joined the firm in 2015 in the corporate department and works primarily in the firm’s health care group. She provides transactional, compliance and regulatory advice to a range of health care clients, including hospitals, managed care plans, and community-based providers of care to individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities.
Kathryn maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals in kinship adoptions and public benefit eligibility matters, as well as advising clients on creating entities under New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law.
Prior to law school, Kathryn worked at the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation. During law school, she served on the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review.
