Leah Pacht Gopin joined Ropes & Gray's corporate department in 2019. Leah focuses her practice primarily on private investment funds in connection with various fundraising, governance, regulatory and compliance matters. Leah also works with institutional investors in connection with their investments in various types of private funds.

Leah attended Columbia Law School, where she was named a James Kent scholar and received the Class of 1912 Prize and the Paul R. Hays Prize. She served as the submissions editor of the Columbia Business Law Review, a research assistant to Professor Kent Greenawalt, and a teaching assistant in both contracts and civil procedure. During law school she worked with attorneys at the Western New York Law Center as a member of the Lawyering in the Digital Age Clinic and as a legal intern at a Fortune 100 insurance company.
