Naveed Ghasem
Associate
Naveed joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 as an associate in the firm’s asset management group. His practice focuses private investment fund and hedge fund matters, including the formation, fundraising, governance, operation and compliance of open- and closed-end funds. Naveed also extensive pro bono experience assisting individuals apply for U.S. citizenship through his work with Project Citizenship.
Before joining the firm, Naveed externed with the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts, worked as a research assistant to Professor Daniela Caruso and interned with the Honorable Rebecca R. Freyre in the Colorado Court of Appeals.
