Todd Garbatini joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 in the firm's asset management group, focusing on private funds and their advisers. Todd is primarily responsible developing and delivering data driven legal research and analytics to assist private fund sponsors and management companies in connection with fundraising, structuring, and operational matters. His focus is on private market research and complex data analytics involving fund terms and legal trends. He is also responsible for developing best practices, and maintaining and growing the legal knowledge base of the practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Todd worked for an international alternative asset manager in both the legal department and investment research department as counsel.
