Zachary Gillette

Zach Gillette is an associate in the corporate department and practices primarily in the private capital transactions group. He principally assists private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of transactional matters.

During law school, Zach served as the Stu Walter Law Fellow at The Williams Institute and acted as a student teacher to local high school students in conjunction with the Street Law program.
