Adam M. Harrington
Adam M. Harrington joined Ropes & Gray's corporate department in 2021 and practices primarily in the private capital transactions group, with the firm’s confidentiality agreements review team. He evaluates, reviews, and negotiates confidentiality agreements on behalf of the firm’s clients.
During law school, Adam served as an editorial board member of the Roger Williams University Law Review and spent the entirety of his third year in law school as a Judicial Extern in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit with The Honorable Bruce M. Selya. He also served as a teaching assistant for former Dean and Torts Professor David A. Logan and Evidence Professor Tara I. Allen.
Prior to law school, he frequently navigated federal confidentiality laws and regulations while working at various human services agencies as a licensed substance abuse counselor.
