Evan Hacker joined Ropes & Gray’s New York office in 2021. As a corporate department law clerk, Evan is a member of the real estate investments and transactions group.
During law school, in addition to serving as a staff editor for the NYU Journal of Law & Business, Evan was selected to attend the 2018 Leadership Summit as a 1L Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Scholar. He also conducted a directed research study analyzing the interplay of historic preservation ordinances, real estate development, and environmental concerns in city planning. Prior to law school, Evan worked with a social advocacy start-up and co-founded a real estate firm based in South Florida.
