Allison L. Houston

Allison Houston joined Ropes & Gray's corporate department in 2021. She practices primarily in the private capital transactions group and represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a broad range of transactions.
During law school, Allison served as a Senate Judiciary Committee law clerk for then-Senator Kamala Harris, where she assisted with judicial nominations and hearing memos. As a 2L, in connection with her clinic work, Allison assisted a charter school with their corporate binder, bylaws, and the onboarding of trustees.
