Amy Hinz

Amy Hinz is an associate in the tax, employment and benefits department focusing on tax matters. Amy advises clients on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, initial public offerings and debt issuances, and the formation and operation of private investment funds.  

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in 2020, Amy was a tax associate at a global law firm in New York.  Amy is a certified public accountant licensed in Virginia and worked in the federal advisory practice of a Big Four accounting firm prior to attending law school.
