Chris joined the New York office of Ropes & Gray in 2022 in the firm's private equity group. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was an associate in the M&A group of a Magic Circle law firm in its Singapore and UAE offices.

Chris focuses on assisting private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a broad range of transactions, including U.S. and international mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and equity investments. He has extensive experience handling cross-border matters involving foreign direct investment and joint ventures.

Chris' work also includes advising clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters.
