Deandre Harris
Associate
Deandré Harris is an associate in the asset management practice group in New York. His practice focuses on the representation of fund sponsors, hedge funds and other private funds in connection with the formation and restructuring of open-end and closed-end funds, as well as investor side representation in various private fund offerings. Deandré’s experience also includes representation of clients in various derivatives matters, service provider agreement negotiations, and other regulatory and compliance related matters.
During law school, Deandré served as the Orientation Chair of the Student Senate. He also served as a Production Editor on the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law.
