Demetra Hatzis-Schoch

Demetra Hatzis-Schoch joined Ropes & Gray's corporate department in 2021 and practices primarily in the private equity group, working on helping clients with confidentiality agreements (CAs). As a member of the firm’s CA Review Team, Demetra reviews, evaluates and negotiates CAs for clients on both the purchase and the sale sides of corporate transactions.

During law school, Demetra served as the president of the Business Law Society. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal and interned at several banks in college.
