Dianne Hadges leads several firm teams responsible for end-user support, including user support, desktop support, IT training and conference services. User support and desktop support assist staff and attorneys with technology-related issues and requests, while IT training creates custom curriculum and e-learning and provides firm-wide software training. The conference services team staffs the reception area in Boston and New York and provides scheduling assistance for meetings and large events.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Dianne worked for several professional services organizations, where she managed multi-million dollar client relationships and consulting teams. Dianne was also responsible for building an infrastructure to support the launch of a new 24/7 remote monitoring center.
