Helen Huynh

Associate

Helen Huynh joined Ropes and Gray’s finance department in 2021. Prior to joining Ropes and Gray, Helen worked as a lawyer in Australia at a multinational law firm, where she worked on a broad range of transactions including asset finance and structured finance transactions. 

Prior to working at an Australian law firm, Helen also worked as an in-house legal counsel and compliance analyst in the corporate and asset finance division of a major Australian investment bank

Experience

  • Acted for a government-owned bank with respect to its bond purchase programs supporting the asset finance transactions of major Australian banks.*
  • Acted for an Australian airline with respect to its note issuance program.*
  • Acted for a major Australian bank with respect to the sale and leaseback of mining equipment.*
  • Acted for a trustee company with respect to securitization transactions involving auto loan receivables, lease receivables and consumer loans.*
