Jack Heald is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s finance group, based in Boston. Jack focuses his practice on advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and public companies in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and asset-based credit facilities.
Jack joined Ropes & Gray in 2019. During law school, Jack worked in the legal department of Agero, Inc. and as a student attorney in the Boston University Employment Rights Clinic. Jack was also a member of Boston University’s Review of Banking and Financial Law.
Experience
- Represented TPG Capital in connection with the debt financing for its acquisition of G&A Partners, a leading human resources and technology services platform.
- Advised Audax Group in connection with obtaining debt financing for multiple acquisitions and subsequent add-on financings.
