James A.C. Hallam

James Hallam joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2021 and practices primarily in the asset management group. 

During law school, James was a research assistant for The Program in the Law and Economics of Capital Markets, a shared program of Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School, contributing to ongoing market efficiency research and regulatory proposals. He also interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
