Joanne Hyun joined Ropes & Gray's health care practice group in 2021. She provides transactional, regulatory, and compliance advice to a wide range of clients, including health care-focused investors, hospitals, health systems, and pharmaceutical companies. Joanne advises clients on compliance with health care regulatory laws, including federal and state fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, and state laws governing licensure. Dedicated to public service, Joanne maintains an active pro bono practice.
During law school, Joanne was an articles editor of the Boston College Law Review and externed at the Sixth Amendment Center. Prior to law school, Joanne was a paralegal in a national firm in New York.
