Kyle Higley joined Ropes & Gray in 2015 as an associate practicing in the firm’s executive compensation and employee benefits practice group. Kyle focuses his practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including advising on private equity deals, structuring management equity arrangements, negotiating employment agreements, and deferred compensation and other incentive programs.
