Michelle Huynh
Associate
Michelle Huynh joined the corporate department as an associate in 2021 and is a member of the asset management group. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle was an associate in the Boston office of another international law firm.
Michelle’s practice focuses on representing registered investment companies, business development companies and investment advisers in regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. She advises clients on the creation, registration and operation of new and existing investment products for institutional or retail investors. Michelle also works with clients to respond to new SEC rules affecting the investment management industry.
