Terry Ha
Associate
Terry Ha is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s corporate department and practices primarily in the asset management group.
During law school, Terry represented early stage startup companies and assisted startup accelerators with the Entrepreneurship Clinic. Terry interned for the Hon. Deborah J. Saltzman of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Terry also served as a senior editor and as a member of the Notes Selection Committee of the Washington University Law Review, vice president for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and teaching assistant to Legal Writing Professor Jane Moul.
