Yusheng Huan

An associate in the firm’s alternative asset opportunities group, Yusheng’s practice focuses on representing asset managers and institutional investors with respect to their direct, secondary and co-investment programs, as well as bespoke transactions. He also advises clients on the structuring, formation, and ongoing operation of private investment funds across asset classes.

Native in Chinese, Yusheng spent a year on internal secondment in the firm’s Hong Kong office. Prior to joining the firm, he trained at another leading international law firm, where he completed rotations in the private funds, corporate, and capital markets practice groups.
