Brianna Isaacson is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s health care group. She provides regulatory, compliance, and transactional advice to a range of health care clients, including hospitals and health systems, health care providers, health care technology companies, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, and health care-focused private equity funds.

Brianna is active in pro bono matters. As part of her pro bono practice, she participated in the team that advised Boston area shelter provider Heading Home in its negotiations with Casa Nueva Vida to coordinate continued shelter for 125 families experiencing homelessness, who were at risk of displacement following the termination of Casa Nueva Vida’s state funding due to alleged fraud by its former CEO.

While in law school, Brianna served as an editor of the Boston University Law Review and worked as a research assistant to Professor David Webber, focusing on shareholder activism and ESG issues. Prior to law school, Brianna obtained a Master of Public Health from Columbia University. She also worked as a business analyst for another global law firm.
