Brandon Jiha joined Ropes & Gray’s Litigation and Enforcement practice group in 2021, where he focuses on government investigations and anti-corruption matters. Since joining the firm, he has assisted many corporate and individual clients in investigations and inquiries by grand juries, the FTC, the DOJ, and other state authorities. A native French-speaker and a fluent Spanish-speaker, Brandon is also responsible for performing anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and due diligence and risk analyses on companies and individuals around the world. In addition to his experience in appellate and derative litigation, Brandon maintains an active pro bono practice advocating for Haitian and Latin American immigrant rights.
During law school, Brandon taught an introductory law course to high school students in D.C. and represented many indigent tenants facing eviction amid the COVID-19 pandemic in the Landlord & Tenant Branch of the D.C. Superior Court. Brandon also has knowledge and experience in export control regulations and U.S. embargo laws.
