Samantha Jackson is a funds attorney in the asset management group. Samantha joined Ropes & Gray in 2017. Her practice focuses on the representation of sponsors in connection with the formation and operation of private investment funds, including advising on structuring, fundraising, governance, regulatory and compliance matters. Samantha also works with institutional investors and fund-of-funds in connection with their investments in private equity funds and venture capital funds, on a primary and co-investment basis.
