Brian Kennedy joined the employment, executive compensation and employee benefits practice as an associate in 2020. Brian’s practice focuses on representing clients in connection with corporate transactions, counseling clients on the labor and employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions and sales.
Brian also advises employers on a broad range of employment issues, including employment agreements, restrictive covenants, consulting agreements, separation agreements, personnel policies, wage and hour compliance, family and medical leave, disability accommodations and overtime exemptions.
