JC Kim is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s private equity transactions group in Seoul. His practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a broad spectrum of transactions including M&A and leveraged buyouts.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, JC was a corporate associate in the New York office of another global law firm.
