Matthew Kaczor joined Ropes & Gray’s private capital transactions group in 2021.
During law school, Matthew was an associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and an associate editor and competitor for the Fordham Dispute Resolution Society. He also worked at a family office providing support to its in-house legal team and at a private investigations firm working with law firm clients.
Prior to law school, Matthew worked at a business intelligence consultancy providing due diligence and investigative services to top global companies across a variety of industries.
