Miles Kenyon joined the corporate department in 2021 and practices in the private capital transactions group. Prior to joining the firm, Miles was an associate in the litigation group of another global law firm, in-house counsel to a legal technology startup, and outside “in-house” counsel to several large companies and startups.
In law school, Miles was an editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and the articles editor of A Jailhouse Lawyer’s Manual, a legal reference guide for incarcerated persons. He also served as the co-president of Columbia’s Tenants’ Rights Project and Society for Law, Science & Technology.
