Sarah Kelly
Associate
Sarah joined Ropes & Gray in January of 2021 as an associate in the private capital transactions group. During law school, Sarah served as editor-in-chief of the Northeastern University Law Review and director of the International Refugee Assistance Project. In addition, Sarah worked as an enforcement intern in the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission Honors Program; a legal intern in the Civil Rights and Major Crimes Units of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston; and a judicial intern for the Honorable Mary Page Kelley in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Sarah was active in human resources, most recently serving as a human resources generalist at an international law firm.
