Sean Kemp is an associate in the corporate department and practices primarily in the private capital transactions group. Sean attended Auburn University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Before law school, Sean worked as a contract negotiator for an S&P 500 technology company. He then attended the University of Chicago Law School.

While in law school, Sean served as a student director of the law school’s Corporate Lab clinic. Sean interned in the Pensions and Financial Transactions Team of the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. Sean also served as a mentor for University of Chicago undergraduate students interested in the legal field, and incoming law school transfer students.
