Bill Kearney
Counsel
Bill Kearney joined Ropes & Gray in 2021 as counsel in the antitrust practice group. Bill counsels clients on their obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and foreign premerger regimes. He routinely represents buyers and sellers in financial and strategic acquisitions of all types.
Bill has prepared several hundred HSR filings, and his clients include multi-national corporations, private equity, venture capital and hedge funds, mutual funds and investment advisors.
Prior to joining the firm, Bill was an associate on the antitrust team of the Washington, D.C. office of another international law firm.
