Abigail Kittredge

Abigail Kittredge joined the litigation and enforcement practice group in 2021. Before joining the firm, she worked as a research and writing attorney through a fellowship with the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Boston. She wrote motions to dismiss and suppress as well as motions in limine, jury instructions, and responses to court orders.
During law school, Abigail served as a note & comment editor for the American University Law Review. She was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and won first place at the Seigenthaler-Sutherland Cup National First Amendment Moot Court Competition with her partner in 2019. Abigail was a Dean’s Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program where she taught first year law students the fundamentals of legal writing and citation. In her final year of law school, she was a member of the Criminal Justice Defense Clinic, where she and her partner represented a client in Maryland state court. She also interned for Magistrate Judge Robin Meriweather of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
