Benjamin (Ben) Koslowe

Benjamin joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2022. He graduated from Columbia Law School in 2022, where he was a Butler Fellow and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
During law school, Benjamin served as editor-in-chief of The Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts. Benjamin also worked as a student editor and teaching assistant for Columbia Law School’s first-year legal writing program.
Experience
- Advised Crosspoint Capital Partners on intellectual property matters in connection with its $870 million acquisition of Absolute Software, a provider of self-healing, intelligent security solutions.
- Represented the sales agents in the $250 million ATM program for Orchid Island Capital, a mortgage REIT based in the United States.
