Katherine Diggins Kearns

Associate

Kate Diggins Kearns is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group. Before joining the firm, Kate served as a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Health Care Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office through Ropes & Gray’s fellowship program. In that role, she worked on policy and enforcement matters, including civil investigations and litigation relating to the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act.

During law school, Kate was a student attorney in Georgetown’s Domestic Violence Clinic, where she represented clients seeking civil protection orders in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Kate also served as an executive editor for The Georgetown Law Journal and as a Legal Research and Writing Fellow.
