Max Kohl

Max Kohl is an associate in the corporate department and practices primarily in the private capital transactions group. He principally assists private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of transactional matters.

Prior to law school, Max worked at a financial consultancy firm as a dispute consultant. His work primarily focused on drafting expert reports and analyses concerning purchase price issues arising post-acquisition, as well as calculating financial damages for commercial dispute matters.
