Nathaniel Kiechel joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 as an associate in the finance department. He focuses his practice on representing borrowers and lenders in private equity transactions. Nathaniel trained at another large international firm and has broad experience representing issuers, underwriters and corporate borrowers in leveraged financings, direct lending facilities and securitizations.
Nathaniel earned his J.D. from NYU School of Law, his M.A. in Finance from Claremont McKenna, and his A.B., cum laude, in Economics, with a secondary concentration in Government, from Harvard College.
